Purpose of Internal Audit
The purpose of internal audit is to assist the board of directors to check and review the deficiencies of the internal control system, measure the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, and provide suggestions for improvement in a timely manner to ensure the continuous and effective implementation of the internal control system and serve as a basis for reviewing and revising the internal control system.

Organization of Internal Audit
The audit unit of the company is directly subordinate to the board of directors, and the appointment and removal of the audit supervisor shall be approved by the board of directors; an internal audit supervisor is assigned. The appointment and dismissal, evaluation, salary and remuneration of internal auditors shall be carried out with the approval of the chairman of the board in accordance with the regulations on the management of the company's approval authority.

Operation of Internal Audit
●Audit plan formulation and implementation: The annual audit plan is drawn up based on the risk assessment results and approved by the board of directors; the same applies when it is revised. After the internal auditors check according to the audit plan, they will issue written audit reports and follow-up reports, which are regularly delivered to the supervisors for review.

●The internal audit unit reviews the internal control self-assessment results of each unit and subsidiary, and evaluates the effectiveness of the overall internal control system as the board of directors and management with the improvement of the internal control deficiencies and abnormal matters found by the audit unit and issues the internal control system The main basis for the declaration.
